Activate an invitation or recover an account
Get a private enrollment invitation from the owner. The first owner or a locked-out owner must use the server-shell recovery command. Shared administrator keys no longer work.
Save your recovery codes
Account activated. Store these eight one-use recovery codes offline now. They cannot be shown again. Keep them separate from your password. A recovery code requires your password and revokes prior sessions when used.

Test before you switch
Run a synthetic learning scenario through the selected provider. Tests use the draft model settings and count toward the daily limit. Paid providers may charge for this request.

Server credentials
Keys are read from backend environment variables. They never appear in the student app or this portal.

Operational health
Encrypted copies on the server disk support recovery from application mistakes. Off-server storage and independent uptime monitoring still need configuration.
AI spending protection
Estimated USD costs, including reserved funds. Both budgets and an exact model price are required. Prices exclude taxes, hosting and non-token fees. Enter the highest applicable input rate (including cache writes and long context); cached input is conservatively charged at that rate.

Unresolved charges
After requests finish, check actual charges in the provider console before reconciling. Reconciliation is audited.
Beta students
New students enroll through their parent or approved-school organization in the student app. This list includes legacy student records preserved during migration. Use aliases rather than names or email addresses. Revocation blocks coaching and planner access; legacy beta codes no longer permit sign-in.
Provider attempts count even if they fail. Individual and shared quotas both apply. Access codes do not expire automatically; revoke unused access. Sessions expire after eight hours. Homework remains on the device.Organization and student authorization reviews
Platform owner only; sign in within the last five minutes. Verify actual authority and consent before recording a decision. Under-13 AI remains disabled independently of these records.
Enroll an existing beta student
Preserve the existing student ID, quotas and revocation status. Verify the organization relationship first. Invitation acceptance does not approve student authorization.

Owner-only access management requires a sign-in within the last five minutes. Each invitee chooses a private password and must enroll MFA. New invites expire after 24 hours; recovery invites expire after one hour.
